Hanna Farmer’s Picasso-inspired fountain pen has so many details it will take its owner months to find each one. There are ‘a few of her favourite things’ in this semi-self-portrait, with a cup of coffee, a Yorkie named Gizmo … who might also be a Morkie, rain (with an umbrella), a fountain pen (of course!), an artist’s brush and palette, a rabbit, a bottle, a wine glass, faces that reflect different aspects of one’s personality, doodles and eyelashes and flowers and, and, and …. What a magnificent work of art, Hanna. No wonder it took you much longer than many of your other pens!
This fountain pen was made by us at Stanford Pen Studio, illustrated by Hanna then coated in a clear resin by ourselves and given its final shape, polished, and buffed. It has a hand-made silver section ring, cap band and a logo medallion in the cap finial, and we have added a grip section in a custom-made turquoise resin.
Each of our hand-painted fountain pens is a 1/1 original work of art, hence no-one else will ever own an identical pen.
