[Available] Ocean Dreamland hand-painted fountain pen

Dreamland, painted by Hanna Farmer, shows whales sleeping as they do, suspended nose-up, tail-down in the water. Who knew! In the distance are other whales, shown as pale white dotted outlines, and shoals of pastel fish, which adds to the dreamy atmosphere.
The pen was made by us at Stanford Pen Studio, painted and doodled by Hanna then coated in a clear resin by ourselves and given its final shape, polished, and buffed. It has a silver cap band, to match the silver half-moon suspended over the ocean, a silver section ring, and silver logo medallion in the cap finial, and we have added a deep acid green grip section that matches some of the cetaceans’ doodles.
Each of our hand-painted fountain pens is a 1/1 original work of art. If you have seen a pen painted by Hanna that has been sold, you are more than welcome to contact us with a request for a pen on a similar theme.

The Jabulani model
SPECIFICATIONS
This is a gently curvaceous model, with a girth of 16 mm (0,6”), narrowing to a 10,7 mm (0,4”) grip section. The relatively large size of the model is to allow the artist sufficient space for their artwork, and the artwork is encased in a layer of clear resin to protect it from getting damaged during day-to-day use. Our logo medallion is embedded in the cap finial which is ever-so-slightly rounded, and the barrel finial is ever-so-slightly conical. The cap is a flush-fit and does not post. The Jabulani model usually comes with a hand-made, cap band and section ring in either Argentium silver or bronze, though this may differ depending on what best suits the artwork. Custom hand-crafted roll stops can be added.

We supply our pens with a Jowo #6 nib, alternatively the section can be made to fit a Bock #6 if requested.
