Kitten hand-painted Intwana fountain pen

Brandon Lodewyk always comes up with something innovative, so when we asked him to illustrate his favourite creature, he drew a Cupid Kitten, carrying a bow and accompanied by a butterfly and a heart-shaped bubble. His kitten is drawn in pencil, with only the kitten’s cupid lips, nose, and the heart on the end of his/her arrow painted in red.
The Intwana model (Intwana is Xhosa for Smaller one) is slightly thinner and shorter than our Jabulani model. It has a total length (closed) of 146 mm (5,7”), a barrel diameter (at the widest point) of 14,5mm (0,6”) and a narrow grip section diameter (9,9mm (0,4”) at its narrowest point). It has a 2-start thread so it opens and closes in just over a single turn. The trim is a bronze cap band and section ring, a gold-plated clip, and our logo finial in silver, surrounded by a bronze ring, embedded in the cap finial.
In addition to the painting on the barrel, the pen has alternating latté-brown and chocolate-brown on the cap, barrel, finials and grip section.
As each pen will be hand-painted once it has been ordered, the estimated delivery time for this pen is about 4 – 5 weeks.

SPECIFICATIONS
The new model, the Intwana (meaning Smaller One in Xhosa), is shorter and slimmer, better suited to people who prefer smaller pens or who have smaller hands.
The Intwana model’s cap has a 2-start thread, which means that it opens and closes with a single turn. It has bronze cap and section rings, and the clip is gold-plated.
